Valerie Mosley, partner of Wellington Management Company which is a $540 billion global money management firm, manages fixed income portfolios for corporate and public pension funds, endowments, and mutual funds. She chairs the firm’s Industry Strategy Group and guides corporate Fixed Income Portfolio Managers. Valerie was named as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business in the country and this past October was identified as one of the Top 75 Blacks on Wall Street by Black Enterprise Magazine.

Valerie sought to repurpose her success by publishing an online video blog. Here she could connect with America’s most elite  public figures and address cultural and socioeconomic issues while offering her financial advice and expertise. The website is driven by two major standpoints: Conversations and Campaigns. In Conversations she discusses a social topic with a public figure like Childhood Education with Michelle Obama. In Campaigns she imparts her own knowledge on a specific topic such as Home Equity.
